We’ve designed this page not just to meet legal requirements, but also to clearly explain how we work and what you can expect. We value transparency, accountability, and trust just as much as you do.

Working Together

When you choose to work with us, we start by understanding your goals and developing a scope of work that reflects your needs and vision. Once that’s agreed upon, we move into the creative and technical execution.

Each project includes:

A written summary of services
Milestone timelines
Defined revision rounds
Communication via email, video, or chat as needed

Payment Terms

We believe in building trust that’s why most of our services follow a "Payment After Delivery" approach.

Here’s how it works:

You approve the scope of work and we begin the project
We deliver the agreed work on time
Once you're satisfied, we issue an invoice
Payment is due within 1 business day of invoice delivery

For certain services (e.g., large or multi-phase projects), a partial deposit may be requested in advance, which will be clearly stated before work begins.

Credit/Debit Cards
ACH/Bank Transfers (for U.S. clients)

All transactions are processed in USD through secure, PCI-compliant systems.

Refund Policy

We’re committed to delivering work that meets your expectations. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

Before approving a refund, we offer:

A formal resolution meeting to understand and resolve any concerns
Up to two rounds of revisions (if not already used)
A refund processed within 5–7 business days if a resolution isn’t reached

We encourage open communication throughout every stage of the project to avoid the need for refunds, but they are available if necessary.

30-Day Complimentary Support

We don’t disappear after delivery. Every project includes 30 days of free support, starting from the day your final deliverables are approved.

What’s included:

Bug fixes and minor content edits
Troubleshooting and technical guidance
Help with managing or understanding what we built for you

Support does not cover new features, redesigns, or marketing services. After 30 days, you’re welcome to upgrade to one of our flexible support or maintenance plans.

Revisions and Approvals

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds to refine and perfect your deliverables. Once a project is approved or the final support period ends, it is considered complete.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed rounds may be billed at our standard hourly rate or quoted as an add-on service.

Your Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth experience, we ask that you:

Provide timely feedback during revision rounds
Submit necessary materials (content, images, access credentials, etc.)
Respond to messages or questions within a reasonable time (ideally 48 hours)

Delays in communication or missing materials may push timelines and result in additional charges.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Once your final payment is received, you own all rights to the original work we’ve created for you — including designs, code, branding, and documentation (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Exceptions:

Third-party software, fonts, or plugins may remain under separate licenses
We reserve the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio

Confidentiality & Data Security

Your information is safe with us. We treat all files, communications, and business details with strict confidentiality.

We do not share your information with third parties
All payments are processed securely via PCI-compliant gateways
You may request deletion of project data from our systems after final delivery

Third-Party Services

We may integrate or work with platforms like:

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Web hosting providers (GoDaddy, Hostinger, etc.)
CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify

While we do our best to configure and support these services, we cannot control their technical performance, price changes, or policies.

Limitation of Liability

We always aim for excellence, but we are not liable for:

Revenue or business losses arising from project delays or third-party disruptions
Issues that arise from client changes to our work after delivery
Any service interruptions caused by external platforms or hosting providers

In any case, our liability will never exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payment terms are violated
Abusive, disrespectful, or fraudulent behavior occurs
The scope of work is intentionally misused or misrepresented

In such cases, any remaining project assets may be withheld until outstanding issues are resolved.

Dispute Resolution

If an issue arises, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly for a resolution.

If informal resolution fails:

Both parties agree to seek mediation
Legal matters will be handled under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.

Disclaimer:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty.
